Shipping Policy

Talladega College Spirit Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier or logistics delays

• Weather conditions

• Customs processing (for international orders)

• Inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not liable for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order.

Once a tracking number is issued and the package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed items must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues but cannot guarantee outcomes once the package is in transit.
